Cleaning of 100% cotton bags is not recommended.  Should it become seriously dirty, it is recommended that you handwash in cold water. Hang dry and iron to flatten out.  

Please note - fabric may not return to the original flatness.

• All orders processed and shipped within 5 days of order
• Delivery time is completely reliant on USPS and historically has taken anywhere from 3-10 days (depending on where you live)
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns/exchanges, so if you are not happy with your items, we'd love an opportunity to make it right (restrictions apply).

• Email/Chat with us within 2 days of delivery to be eligible
• Items must be returned (mailed back) within 7 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (amount will be deducted from total)
