SHIPPING

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 days of order
• Delivery date is completely reliant on USPS and historically has taken anywhere from 3-10 days (depending on where you live)
• Once your order is given to the USPS, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for shipping delays or items that get lost in the mail.  Should your item get lost or be delayed, please contact the post office for tracking information and/or to submit a "lost item" form, if needed.
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed
• Stickers ship for FREE (domestic orders) 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns/exchanges, so if you are not happy with your items, we'd love an opportunity to make it right (restrictions apply).

• Email/Chat with us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible
• Items must be returned (mailed back) and received within 7 days of delivery
• Refund will be given once returned items are received
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (amount will be deducted from total)
